As a member of the CBA you can take full advantage of the arrangement that New England Medical Insurance Agency, LLC has made with the Several Service Bureaus. You are now able to purchase medical coverage from many of the major carriers without the customary fee associated with using the service bureau or a similar organization.
If you currently have less than 10 employees and are currently using one of the service bureaus to purchase your group coverage, you can now take advantage of the Association's endorsed broker's plan and not pay the fee associated with these plans. In addition to the potential cost savings, you get the resources of a full benefits brokerage agency. New England Medical Insurance Agency, LLC's only business is group benefits. They have 20 years of experience working with companies in the Merrimack Valley.
If you have more than 10 employees, you will find that New England Medical Insurance Agency, LLC can accommodate all your group benefit needs. They can assist your benefits department in communicating your benefits through employee handouts, benefit summaries and employee meetings. They can also help you with compliance issues, such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and keep you updated as to how pending legislation will effect your plan and your employees.
